How Viantaris works.
What it takes to get started, who is behind it, and what people usually still want to ask.
Why it checks
We tested 3 rules in a test environment.
All three rules were written, in plain Spanish, in its instructions. And there was a moment when it didn't follow them.
Today they're not instructions. They're checks. And when one trips, it trips on the safe side: it stops and alerts a person.
Getting started
On the WhatsApp number you already use.
Switching tools usually means stopping the business for two weeks. Here nothing your customers already know changes.
Your number.
The same one you have. Your customers won't notice a thing.
Your rules.
What you offer, which prices it may state and which it may not, when to call a person. On one screen, and you change them whenever you like.
Your team.
They work from an inbox that looks like WhatsApp. Nothing to learn.
And if you'd rather step in yourself, you can pause the agent and resume it whenever you like.
Questions
What people usually still want to ask.
Can another business see my conversations?
No. Each business's data is fully isolated. The isolation is enforced by the database itself, not by the software on top of it, and on every change an automated test tries to break it: if it succeeds, the change doesn't ship.
Where do my WhatsApp credentials end up?
Encrypted, and they never come back out. No screen shows them, not even partially.
What if the server goes down?
There are two watchers, and one lives on a different machine. The inside one catches a stuck process; the outside one catches a server that's down. Both email a person.
What if you lose my data?
A backup is made every day. And once a week that backup is actually restored into another database and the data is compared. Making backups is easy; checking that they work is the hard part.
Can I see what the agent said?
Every reply is logged, along with what it had read before giving it.
Do I need someone technical?
No. We do the setup, and the rules are changed from a screen.
Our story
Why Viantaris exists.
Before building Viantaris, we implemented automations for real businesses. Every project taught us the same thing: AI could answer questions, but that wasn't enough to trust it with a critical part of the business.
We found that the real problem wasn't getting AI to talk. It was getting it to follow each company's rules and to know when to step aside for a person.
Viantaris was built to solve that problem.
- Built in Colombia.
- Our first industry is clinics.
- What we promise is backed by the product.
- We'd rather say “not yet” than promise a feature that doesn't exist.
None of this is a marketing promise. It's how we decided to build the product.
AI for businesses that can't afford to get it wrong.
You set the rules. Viantaris follows them at three in the morning, with customer number forty, and on the Tuesday you're away on a trip.
